I was so glad to find this holiday themed short story by Hurst after friends recommended his books to me so many times。 This was a good introduction to his writing and， if any indication of his other books， I will be enjoying some of his other work as well。 Loved the unexpected zips in this story！

What would YOU do？A couple is given an impossible opportunity at a New Year’s Eve party。 Do they take it or let it go？ Each decision made comes with consequences and opportunities。 This novelette was AMAZING！ It was recommended to me by one of my favorite new authors， Freida McFadden。 She was correct in that it was well worth the read！

So goodI am very happy with this short story。 A bunch of things unfolding in just one night。 I did feel that Andy was not an honest man from the beginning， but I guess he was taught a lesson。 This was a fantastic quick read for the end of the year。 I hope to see more great books from Daniel Hurst。 Happy New Year！

This is the first Daniel Hurst book I read， and it won’t be the last！ I’m glad that most of his books are NOT short stories， because this was over so fast I didn’t know what hit me。 Talk about twists…more like twist after twist after twist！ If he can pull that off in 50 pages， I look forward to seeing what he does with a full-length novel。
